Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!Qualifications
Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on

unit property!Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!Reliable transportation is a MUST!Availability to work on-call rotation.Compensation and Benefits
