To learn more, please visit: https://www.NFP.com .Summary : The Retirement Advisor will independently manage the strategic planning, consulting, guidance, marketing, investment analysis and servicing of assigned book of retirement business.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Establish, maintain, and nurture client relationships (front line and decision makers).Independently consult and advise with clients on complex retirement plan issues.Understand and represent the services provided by NFP, provide expert advice, develop solutions for current and future project plans, execute strategies to consistently illustrate value and build new business.Proactively schedule and attend regular meetings with clients to ensure clients’ needs are continually being met.Prepare vendor Request for Proposals and distribute accordingly.Responsible for coordinating data collection and presentation preparation for prospect and client meetings.Address, resolve, follow-up and communicate resolutions to clients; update Salesforce to track issues and resolution.Act as a resource on any compliance issues, perform compliance reviews and communicate compliance issues to client.Conduct investment analysis on plan investment option and prepare retirement plan benchmarking studies.Manage all internal reporting/tracking components required of the retirement department including CRM database account set up and upkeep, revenue report preparation, electronic and hard copy file maintenance, etc.Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment is a must.Must be able to track your client progress from identifying low utilization of our software all the way through acceptable or high utilization.Individual must possess good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience working in the corporate retirement industryCertificates, Licenses, Registration:

The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
