Graphic Designer
to join our Global Marketing Team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be open to new tasks. This team member will be responsible for graphic design requests and front/back-end maintenance of GA Telesis and subsidiary websites. Adobe Suite and WordPress proficiency is required - video editing is a plus! This position is not remote and is required to work in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.Responsibilities:
Design and edit digital graphics, images, print materials, and videos in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for marketing GA Telesis as a premier aerospace brand.Utilize creative ability to produce iconic, one-of-a-kind content/assets for GA Telesis products and capabilities utilizing established design and editing skills for all digital platforms (i.e., graphic and web design, digital advertising, social media, print, and collateral materials, etc.)Adhere to design a content calendar to ensure completion of assets within proposed deadlines.Review and proof all content and materials upon delivery for correctness and resolve inconsistencies or deficiencies for the execution of finished products/design work.Edit, manipulate, color correct, and touch up all images using Photoshop.Maintain and adhere to digital file cataloging and electronic library of all content and assets.Design and layout email templates and campaigns.Lead the development and management of dynamic web pages across multiple branded websites, ensuring a unified and impactful digital experience.Administer assets and creative updates to the website and all social media channels and make suggestions to improve our branding and creative.Strategically enhance website infrastructure to facilitate optimal crawling and indexing by search engines, maximizing the online presence of GA Telesis and its subsidiaries.Take initiative in additional projects as assigned, showcasing versatility and commitment.Qualifications:
This position is not remote and is required to work in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with a proven track record of creating visually stunning content that elevate brand identity.Proficient in various art creative and direction, marketing and design principles, branding, advertising design, image sizing and compression, CTA design and placement, layout, font selection, and color cohesiveness.Strong video editing skills that enhance storytelling and engagement across multimedia platforms.Extremely proficient in various web UX/UI principles, and page layout and design to optimize brand look, user experience, click-through and conversion rate layout and design optimization, site usability, and site speed.Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel.Positive, proactive approach to teamwork, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
