Explains variances and trends and enhances modeling techniques.This role requires a financial or analytical background, working with clinical data and medical trending to impact strategic outcomes. The professional will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components, and work will be performed without direction, exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration3+ years technical experienceExperience in compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trendsSAS/SQL knowledgeProficient in Microsoft Excel; running & creating functions; pivot tables & chartsAbility to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniquesExperience working with moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factorsPassionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesHighly organized with the ability to multi-task and work against deadlinesPreferred QualificationsMaster's DegreeBudgeting, accounting, or finance experienceProficient in Microsoft Power BI: Data VisualizationScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $78,800 - $108,500 per year.
