LMI seeks a mid-level to senior-level Scheduler to support a CBP PMO. Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Provide expertise to support the development and maintenance of schedules for complex acquisition programs.Conduct Critical Path analysis.Develop executive level schedule metrics and management reports.Evaluate schedules provided by contractors, other agencies, and internal entities.Attend program/project meetings to discuss and review schedules.Develop and conduct training of scheduling standards/best practices and processes/procedures.Provide information and reporting, including trend analysis, and project performance.Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, finance, or information management and 7-10 years of experience in scheduling.Ability to pass a government background investigation; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred.Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Project.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.Experience with KIDASA Milestones Professional or other schedule visualization software.Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.Ability to effectively solve complex problems.Strong oral and written communication skills.A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:DHS Experience.Professional certification in a relevant field such as a Project Management Professional (PMP).Telework:
