As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be trained and will learn about the corporate and retail commercial real estate industry. You will help drive continued growth through your efforts, combined with Marketing and Sales coordination, to drive awareness campaigns, find and develop leads for sales, follow up with inbound leads and your generated leads, and help create a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Through training, learn about industries and personas we target for solutions.Through training, learn about Real Estate Manager solutions and their business value for companies.Follow up leads generated by Marketing with content, email scripts, and calling; qualifying for solution fit and sales engagement.Execute social media engagement with targeted personas to drive awareness and new leads.Work with sales representatives and managers to develop target lists. Campaign those lists on behalf of regional sales objectives to generate new leads for sales.Sustain contact with leads to qualify for sales engagement, passing the qualified leads to sales representatives and managers.Use CoStar platforms and tools to execute, and populate required data in Salesforce related to discovery for leads and prospects.Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree.2+ years of proven, successful, relevant experience.Proactive-learner attitude to absorb and master our solutions and markets.Strong detail orientation as it relates to data and analytics.Strong written communication skills and a track record of outbound communications.Strong oral communication skills and ability to do outbound calling.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel.Proven ability to research online – applicable to researching companies, people, and other topics to analyze their fit for solutions.Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Proven and relevant track record of success in prior sales roles.Experience in a lead generation role for SaaS applications.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.Experience in social media marketing using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.Experience with ZoomInfo or other tools used to source business contacts and titles.Exposure to AI tools for search and researching.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
