This job builds and maintains effective long-term relationships in assigned areas in order to stimulate growth of the company’s services and/or programs. Analyzes the demand of the market, assesses data and assists in the development and implementation of plans based on department criteria or business demands. Assigned areas at this level may include larger or more visible service lines or territories.

Education

Required

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare or related.

Work Experience

Required

– 2 years of experience in business, sales, marketing, employee relations, healthcare or related.

Preferred

– 1 year of experience in healthcare sales.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop and present proposals clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.

Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze information, evaluate results and implement strategic growth plans. Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify benefits of services and/or programs from the client perspective.

Strong analytical/critical thinking skills.

Strong marketing skills and ability to track industry trends.

Strong project management/organization skills and ability to estimate cost/budgets and manage/prioritize competing demands.

Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work a flexible schedule, including working weekends, holidays, and on call.

Job Duties

Develops and implements targeted corporate sales, marketing plans, and strategic referral growth plans for assigned areas.

Partners with current assigned client groups to build relationships and works with leadership to develop solutions to expand the company’s services and/or programs.

Identifies prospective clients and referrals.

Participates in marketing activities to promote programs by exhibiting in events or attending events for networking opportunities.

Collaborates with marketing and business leaders to identify, design and produce all sales and marketing collateral including promotional items.

Reports activities and business results.

Performs other related duties as required.
