Vital Care Infusion Services is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to collaborate with business partners, gain an in-depth understanding of critical business data needs and translate those needs into meaningful tools & dashboards. The expectation is that this position evolves with business needs potentially to a people-leader role.Core Requirements:Developing and implementing comprehensive business intelligence strategies to support data-driven decision-makingUtilizing Power BI, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other BI toolsCollaborating with various departments to identify their data analysis needs and deliver actionable insights.Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI technologies to maintain a competitive edgeConducting regular audits of BI tools and processes to identify opportunities for improvementLeading the interpretation of data analysis results and presenting findings to senior management and stakeholdersEstablishing governance and best practices around data handling, quality, and securityFacilitating cross-functional projects and initiatives that rely on data insights for success.Championing a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of BI insights in everyday business processesOther Requirements:
5+ years’ experience with BI tools to build meaningful dashboards, write DAX expressions, and implement security.Experience in data management, SQL querying, and data modeling.Healthcare, specifically Revenue Cycle and/or Payer pricing, experience preferred.Relationship-Building Skills – build trust and ability to lead tasks or projects, often across multiple areas.Self-Managing - be initiative-taking and able to work independently.Ability to work with ambiguous data/situations – grasp the uncertainty and navigate it appropriately to arrive at an actionable outcome.Ability to lead projects with the interest/capabilities to evolve to team leadership as business needs evolve.
