Hybrid at Kohler, WIOpportunity:Responsible for leading the Sales and Operations Planning process for holistic planning for KBNA across all categories and sites. Manage the S&OP reconciliation process for all categories and warehouses through a disciplined and well-communicated approach resulting in dollarized shipment forecast.Specific Responsibilities:Short-term constraints – supply or site relatedDifference between demand and supply plan by quarter by category/plant/siteChanges from last month to this month by quarter by category/plant/siteCapacity and scheduling challenges and plan of action – supply planning collaborationNew products introduction – collaboration between category and sitesNetwork design changesBacklog and supply projections and targets – coordinating with supplyWeekly integrated shop floor for MTD projectionsFinancial reconciliation including rebates, contingency, pricing changes, etc.Skills/Requirements:Minimum college degree required, preferably in Supply Chain – Materials Logistics; MBA preferred.APICS CPIM certification preferredMust have knowledge of Sales and Operations planning processes.3+ years experience in S&OP ManagementStrong background in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Manufacturing, specifically in the implementation and use of Advanced Planning Tools such as SAP’s APO DP and SNP.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.The salary range for this position is $89,800 - $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
