Senior Transportation Group Manager

to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the successful delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. This position would be based in our Colorado Springs, CO or Denver, CO office.Functions and responsibilities include:Leading, managing, and overseeing multi-disciplinary transportation team across a broad portfolio of projects.Participating in planning, design, development, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects as project manager, task lead, or other role.Participating in teams identifying, pursuing, and securing work with key clients.Building and strengthening relationships with clients, agencies, and project partners.Preparing fee proposals, participating in negotiations with clients, and reviewing contracts.Serving as the primary client liaison and managing project teams to successfully deliver projects within the established schedules and budgets.Overseeing staff and participating in recruitment, hiring, development, and retention activities.Participating in industry conferences and events to promote STV and expand our network of clients and teaming partners.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional Engineer License in Colorado, or ability to obtain within 6 months, is required.A minimum of 12 years of relevant design and project management experience on transportation infrastructure projects.Strong client relationships and experience working with the Colorado DOT, and/or other regional transit and transportation agencies.Strong local municipal experience is desirable.Demonstrated leadership, management, and communication skills.Ability to lead and work within multi-disciplinary teams.Ability to train, mentor, and develop junior staff.Active membership and participation in professional societies is encouraged.STV offers the following benefits:Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings AccountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable)Disability insuranceLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment401(k) PlanRetirement CounselingEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time Off (16 days)Paid Holidays (8 days)Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year)Parental Leave (up to 80 hours)Continuing Education ProgramProfessional Licensure and Society MembershipsCompensation Range: $126,513.00 - $168,684.00STV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
