Basic Qualifications:Education/Experience:Minimum of 12 years experience with Bachelors; Minimum of 10 years experience with Masters; Minimum of 7 years experience with Ph.D.Demonstrated experience in complex technical project management and solution implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.Project Management experience involving cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.Must have worked in a customer service driven, government environment.Ability to accommodate occasional travel.Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of leadership.Experience utilizing MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, and other Microsoft applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.Experience scoping and managing large projects.Start-up attitude and ability to flex to help identify and solve problems quickly with a strong bias for action and meeting commitments.Experience interacting with cross-functional teams.Ability to take initiative and execute results in an ever-evolving work environment.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.A minimum of 5 years of experience providing strategic resourcing to address workforce development, ascension planning, personnel development, recruitment, retention, employee relations, and workforce management to large government agencies on efforts similar in scope and complexity to programs in this Business Unit.A minimum of 5 years of experience developing and leading in-house programs to identify training needs of employees to facilitate growth and development of program talent.Previous experience with portfolio management and working in a formal PMO.The Finance and Regulatory Business Unit is seeking a Resource Manager. This role will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. The Resource Manager reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.Create and Maintain Resource Management Procedures for F&R Business Unit.Assist programs with metrics related to Agency Subcontractors and Partner Subcontractors.Manage/Develop Training Roadmaps for F&R Business Unit Bid Key Personnel and Critical Resources.Working with Operating Unit Leaders and Directors - identify HiPOs within teams and provide guidance/recommendations for next career steps within Peraton.Be a liaison between the Business Unit/Operating Unit and Peraton Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Relationship (and other Peraton functional groups as applicable).Partner with Programs/Customer and Peraton Security to identify and manage Security Clearance timelines for current and onboarding personnel.Work with Finance and Programs to track Subcontractor conversions.Track Bid Key Personnel within Business Unit for active deals and awarded programs.Establish training roadmaps for Key Personnel, HiPOs and other critical Business Unit resources.Work with Client Advocates to establish personnel roadmaps for upcoming deals.Other related projects as assigned.
