Join the fastest-growing Academy of Early Education in the nation, The Learning Experience (TLE). We are currently seeking an exceptional, high-energy individual with educational or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director for our brand new TLE location in Anderson Mill.

As a Preschool Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive, loving, and caring impact on the lives of children.
Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable, and oversee employee payroll through ADP.
Build strong and trustworthy relationships with families, parents, and community partners in the area.
Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with employees.
Ensure that the TLE Center adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum. Engage our characters to drive the curriculum, creating a happy learning experience at TLE.
Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

Have two or more years of proven leadership and management experience in the educational/preschool industry.
Love kids, are warm-hearted, and compassionate.
Possess the state-specific credentials and demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Are goal-driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
Hold a degree in Childhood Education or a related field.
