Roles and Responsibilities:
Process and review shop drawings
Project Scheduling
Material buyout
Update as-built documents
Coordinate subcontractors
Managing cost and “Work In Progress” projections
Developing and maintaining owner relations
Negotiating both POs and subcontracts
Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations
Total project P&L
Contract negotiation and administration
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or another related field
3-5 years of project manager experience in the heavy civil industry with water and wastewater pipeline construction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
Prague, OK: Relocate before starting work (Required)
