who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Role Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for IT projects.Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, encouraging teamwork and ensuring each team member understands their role and responsibilities.Budget Management: Supervise and run project budgets, making informed decisions to optimize resource utilization and control costs.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent potential issues that could impact project success.Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure work meets established standards and requirements.Cutover Planning: Develop and execute a detailed cutover plan, coordinating activities to minimize downtime and disruptions during the transition phase.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and technology, to meet project and cutover requirements.Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems or processes.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues promptly, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to find solutions and keep the project on track.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and cutover plans.Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and apply insights to future projects.Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management and cutover processes.Training and Support: Provide necessary training and support to end-users during the cutover phase to ensure a smooth transition to new systems or processes.Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience, with a solid background in SAP Cutover Management.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits:
