In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation and management of large-scale commercial irrigation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:
Lead all phases of irrigation projects, from planning to final system testing and handover.Team Leadership:
Train and supervise field crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.Resource Allocation:
Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity.Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure system performance meets specifications.Problem Solving:
Proactively address and resolve project challenges.Qualifications5+ years of experience in commercial irrigation system installation.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficient in irrigation system design and troubleshooting.Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.Compensation & BenefitsSalary:
