£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Car - The basic is very dependent on experience!This highly successful company is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ideally experienced Area Sales Manager to join their busy sales team. This is an interesting and varied role with great scope for generating new business as well as keeping existing clients satisfied. This position requires someone who is confident in communicating with people, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service to the customer. Attention to detail is also key. There are clear rewards within this company; the right people can progress further, and genuine talent will always be rewarded.The company deals with many large House Builders and Developers, which will be a focus of the role. However, the job is varied, and they also engage with smaller firms like joinery companies and target niche sectors, such as garden buildings manufacturers. This is a very well-respected and highly successful business.A builders merchants background is required for this role so you can 'hit the ground running'. Sales experience is essential, which could be from a previous internal or external role.
