Position SummaryThe Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for working with our Consumer and Mortgage Portfolio Loans, Special Asset customer accounts, associate and customer inquiries, and advanced loan transaction and boarding processing. Duties & Responsibilities
File maintenance.Maintain positive relationships with multiple lenders and support staff.Setup maintenance of automatic payments.Verification of MortgagesAssist other areas and special projects as needed.Filing of all documents received.Education & Experience
Knowledge of: Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to: Respond to customer inquiries both by phone and email.Respond to internal customer inquiries via CRM and email.Process Loan Payments.Education and Training: Requires High School diploma; higher education preferred.Experience with lending preferred.Busey values a diverse and inclusive workplace and strives to recruit, develop and retain individuals with exceptional talent.
