Job Duties:
Under the direction of the Site Director, YMCA Group Leaders provide direct service to participants in Child Care and Camp licensed school age programs. The primary role of a Group Leader is to serve as a role model for youth providing positive interaction and engagement throughout the program and leading activities with an assigned group of children.
Hours:
6:35 AM – 8:35 AM and 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday

The ability to both follow and implement program activities pre-planned for the group.
Required experience:
Minimum age of 18.
Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
Required educational background:
Current Butler student; Must be federal work study eligible.
