Senior Project Manager I

Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Project Manager I in Bentonville, AR.

Job duties include but are not limited to developing and leading multiple cross-functional projects by anticipating and understanding current process and value gaps.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field plus 3 years of experience in business, operations, analytics, or related experience.

Skills required include but are not limited to experience with:

Large scale and cross-functional project or product management experience;

Managing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management;

Project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall;

Leading cross-functional teams, setting clear goals and expectations, delegating tasks effectively, and resolving conflicts.
