Balfour Beatty and Clark Sullivan are seeking a Project Manager to join our JV project in Sacramento. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.Responsibilities:

Managing Client RelationshipsPrimavera Scheduling: Suretrak, Phoenix, or P6Experience with Prolog Software or similarContractor Quality Control ProgramsManagement of all project team members (senior project engineer, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinator)Developing Construction Work Plans with Superintendents & Foremen100% Detailed/hands-on knowledge of Project ScopeSolid understanding of building processes and systemsCost Control/Billings/Collections/Change Management/Monthly Status ReportsComplete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecastingAccountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, & Customer Satisfaction ResultsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree with a preference in Construction Management or Engineering.5+ years progressive experience in technical construction projects.Proficient with computer applications such as MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.Solid understanding of the building permit and DSA process.Good understanding of all trades, including MEP.Experience with construction safety practicesNegotiated, customer-service based project deliveryStrong skill set as a builder and in project management, with a solid record of successAble to provide references.The base compensation range for the role of Project Manager in Sacramento, CA is $130,000 to $160,000 annually.About Us:
