Consider joining us!Children's Home & LSS is seeking a part-time Program Specialist to provide administrative support for Foster Care Adoption billing duties. Work closely with managers and adoption workers to provide a broad range of support to assigned programs within the Adoption & Pregnancy Services units, including administrative functions, clerical functions, and client services.Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma and 5 years or Associate's Degree and 2 years of related experienceExperience with adoption or social service related content for diverse mediums and for diverse audiences preferredAbility to forge a mutually respectful partnership with persons served and their familiesSensitivity to the adoption community is requiredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteStrong ability to work independently, be organized and multi-taskAbility to work with and advocate for all clients served, regardless of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or family typeLutheran Social Service of MN is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer of all people regardless of gender, race, culture, religion, ethnicity, protected veteran status, and/or disability.
