They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTESCreates a fun, lively and celebratory environmentPossesses and demonstrates a “One team, One goal” philosophyWorks in an organized, deliberate and fast-paced mannerPossesses a small business owner mentality and thrives in an entrepreneurial environmentWorks with Market Leader and General Manager to develop achievable objectives and a plan to improve the bakery success metricsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overheadAble to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 poundsQUALIFICATIONS:Two years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industriesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal and team building skillsAbility to train, coach, and counsel team membersExposure to financial and operational accountabilitiesAbility to work in multiple regional locationsAbility to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needsMust have reliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseEDUCATION:Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredLANGUAGE SKILLS:Must be able to speak, read, and write EnglishOTHER:Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays47.5 hour anticipated work schedule average per week
