$66,560.00 - $81,900 depending on experience + 15% bonus earning potential, paid monthly.Shift:
Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.Employment Logistics:The Operations Manager oversees and manages all sorts of activities and partners with the General Manager to create plans that will achieve short and long-term objectives.Unpacking the Benefits:Competitive individual and group benefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid Time Off including Holiday pay401(k) with company matchSafe and clean work environmentThe Must-Haves:Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if college degreedA minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which being in a similar industryIntermediate to advanced Microsoft office and mathematical skillsEffective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedbackYour Mission in Motion:Review, analyze and create KPI’s to meet the needs of the businessPlan and coordinate sort start times and partner to define and develop staffing strategies needed to conduct the sortDevelop and mentor team to meet goals and assist in professional developmentChampion safety program, encouraging a safe and compliant working environmentWork with GM to learn budget labor hours, labor hours, safety compliance, mis-sorts, and schedules. Analyze, reorganize, and prioritize training and labor law compliance.Founded in 1986,
