Develop, maintain, and provide extensive job progress reporting through continued monitoring of job statusUpdate local leadership with new projects, schedule issues, and client concernsManage client needs and concerns through on/offsite meetingsAssist with sales forecastingCommunicate and train internal departments on customer procedures and expected deliverables
About You:
You have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou have extensive experience tracking and monitoring construction projectsYou have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn custom softwareYou have excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skillsYou enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environmentYou have excellent multitasking skills and can quickly transition between projects
