Commercial Operations Manager (m/f/d)

to play a vital role in the KWS sugarbeet business in North & South-East Europe (NE/SEE). The position involves:Planning, organizing, and executing strategic initiatives across crops in these regions.Collaborating closely with country teams and Regional Directors to ensure successful implementation and follow-up of initiatives.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region and potentially in new markets.While based in Einbeck (Germany), mobility is required to support markets in the designated regions. Supporting the Regional Director NE/SEE in all commercial and administrative activities, like:Market, portfolio and price analysisPlanning: Budget, portfolio, price, campaignCoordinating & driving CRM performance and developmentResponsibility for single markets (commercial, organizational)Developing launch strategies for new portfolio segments or productsManagement of trial setup, and respective analysis and conclusion takingDriving cross crop strategic focus areaDeveloping data driven reports, e.g. PowerBI dashboardsAnalyzing new market opportunities, business case analysis to extend & reshape KWS businessReporting market insights, within KWS internal reporting systemsUniversity degree in Business Administration or Agricultural Economy or comparable experienceSolid understanding of the agricultural industry and the respective marketsCultural competence and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment. Empathic leadership personality with the ability to integrate; able to create commitment and reliability by personal and professional competenceStrong analytical skills, solution oriented and able to work successfully in complex structuresEager to drive and achieve desired resultsStrong customer orientation and extraordinary service attitudeAbility to initiate and to implement change sustainablyAbility to moderate, effective communication skills and ability to build up sustainable relationshipsEndurance in high season phasesProficient in IT skills, including MS Office, Salesforce and SAP (limited)Fluent in English, German as an advantageWillingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) within and between core countriesInteresting and challenging international tasks and projects.
