Position reports to the owners of the company.Essential Functions will include, but are not limited to:Oversee day to day office operationsManage entry of financial activity to general ledgerMonth end account reconciliationsPayroll and timecard entries (Paychex processes our payroll)Accounts Payable/Accounts ReceivableState and Federal Taxes/LicensingProcessing check runsAnswering phonesInvoicingTrack job costs and profitabilityTrack sales ordersMaintain employee benefits: sick leave, vacation and holiday pay, Simple IRA and health insuranceWorker comp reports and annual auditsGeneral liability auditsProcess purchase orders as neededMaintain Employee filesBaling wire – quote, process orders, arrange freight, invoiceExperience/Skills:Minimum 2-year accounting college degree and 3 years accounting/bookkeeping experience OR 5 years minimum accounting/bookkeeping experienceQuickbooks Enterprise and Quickbooks PremierMS OfficePlease email resume and references to be considered for this position.Job Type:
