:Capgemini Engineering is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Engineering Client Manager or BDE to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving growth and delivering value within the telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for researching and pursuing current clients and new business leads, with a focus on strategically pursuing substantial deals. This role requires outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across teams. Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and expand existing relationships while driving new revenue opportunities within the Satcom (Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) industry.

Engage with CXO-level positions within the targeted Satcom (Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) domain.

Position Satcom (Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN)) solutions selling to Satcom operators or NTN players.

Develop a deep understanding of LEO, MEO, and GEO Constellations.

Apply your knowledge and skills in IoT connectivity technologies and services.

Establish strong relationships with key players in the Satcom ecosystem.

Lead in critical sector technologies, solutions, and product development.

Develop and lead a qualified sales pipeline in line with account strategy.

Analyze sales and status reports to monitor Tier1 clients.

Facilitate sales closures by ensuring solutions effectively address client needs.

Generate, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities to drive profitable growth.

Research, map, establish, and maintain robust client relationships.

Create and organize deals to generate value, using our offerings, services, and capabilities.

Actively listen to clients to identify their primary engineering challenges and preferences.

Cultivate enduring client relationships throughout their transformation journey.

Possess a strong understanding of the Global Delivery model for service organizations.

Prepare proposals, solution architecture, and collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams.

Required Skills

:

Minimum of 12 years' experience in Telecommunications Sales.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the field (master’s preferred).

Deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry, and the satellite communication ecosystem from Sat operators, CSPs, OEMs and ODMs

Sales leadership experience with Communication service providers (Mobile Network Operators) and Satellite Communication Operators (ViaSat, Intelsat, Iridium etc.)

Familiarity with advanced digital transformation initiatives.

Strong background in Product/Process Engineering.

Ability to communicate and influence at senior business levels.

Proven sales experience in Engineering Services within a global, complex environment.

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.

Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies to successfully deliver projects and programs.

Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.

Strong business leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

:

Business plan and argument development and execution.

Working knowledge of modern enterprise architecture and applications.

Experience in direct, collaborative, and channel-based selling.

Track record of independently leading deals worth $5-10 million.

Proven ability to build trust-based client relationships.

Hunter mentality with a tenacious approach to prospecting and closing.

Displayed trust, respect, and effective communication abilities.

Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving.

Focus on delivering client value and collaboration across all levels.
