Job DescriptionCompensation:

Commensurate Experience

- Salary Plus Commissions

Unlimited income with an expectation of performance targeting

$120,000 first year .

Office Location:

Miami Lakes - Remote (Meet in the office 1-2 days a week to meet with team and leadership).

Open to people from other industries outside the IT Managed Services space as long as you have a book of business.

Will train

on the Managed Services you will be selling.

About:

Managed IT company based in Miami, Florida. Overview:

You will play an important role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads and set meetings both in person and virtually through your current and future relationships and the inside sales team. You will also be responsible for developing a solid network of contacts such as thought leaders and centers of influence.

Responsibilities:

Create Prospect pipeline.

Schedule a minimum of 3 qualified client prospect meetings per week.

Goal is to close a minimum of 1 deal per month.

Ability to discuss business needs and requirements with C-Level and other decision makers.

Build relationships with clients through out-of-office activities such as entertainment, trade shows, etc.

Efficiently manage CRM and follow-ups to ensure consistent and strategic communication with potential clients.

Collaborate with internal team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market conditions.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of company’s products & services and industry to better communicate benefits and value to clients.

Work with resources and vendors to deliver effective solutions.

Meet and succeed personal, company, and client goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in MSP or other related industries with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Efficient with CRM systems, social media (LinkedIn), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to ask effective questions, listen, and provide solutions.

Great attitude and coachable.

Hunter - new business acquisition.

Must have an existing network or previous experience in selling to small and medium businesses (10 to 100 employees).
