Kimble & Company Fire Protection, a division of Endeavor Fire Protection, is seeking a Service, Inspection & Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a leading provider of fire and life safety services in Southern California, Kimble & Company offers a wide range of inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation services for portable fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and plumbing systems. Our clients include commercial, industrial, and residential properties, and we have a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.Kimble & Company offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commissions.Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networkingBuild and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, and other key decision makersPrepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customersNegotiate and close sales dealsMaintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsAct as a liaison between customers and the service/technical team to resolve any service-related issuesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service deliveryStay current with industry trends and regulations related to fire safetyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the fire protection industry, preferably service, inspection, and fire alarm related salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of fire codes and regulationsStrong negotiation and communication skillsSelf-motivated and results-orientedAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel within the assigned territoryEndeavor Fire Protection understands the importance of providing high quality benefit programs to our employees.
