Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with both online and offline dance-wear retailers, managing key clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Dance Store Outreach:

Research and compile a list of potential dancewear retailers that cater to the client's target audience in ballet, tap, and jazz dance genres.

Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to potential retail partners, showcasing how client’s products could enhance their current scale of services.

Initiate co-promotional strategies such as in-store events, co-branded promotions, and exclusive product lines customized for retailer clientele.

Account Management:

Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with vital retail partners and ensure continuous collaboration and satisfaction.

Oversee sales channels and provide progress updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the fashion or dancewear retail industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice-to-have:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
