As we accelerate our growth trajectory, we are seeking a Demand Generation Manager.About the RoleAs the Demand Generation Manager, your main focus will be generating and nurturing leads to drive our sales pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with particular expertise in lead generation, SEO, SEM, and campaign management. You'll collaborate closely with department leaders in Product, Customer Success, and Sales.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute strategies to attract and capture leads through various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and events.Optimize search engine presence to drive traffic and generate leads.Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.Create compelling content and campaigns to drive engagement and capture lead information.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.Create gated content (e.g., whitepapers, eBooks) to capture lead information.Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize lead generation efforts.Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track KPIs.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve demand generation strategies.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Use data-driven insights to inform demand generation strategies and tactics.Collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams to align demand generation efforts with sales objectives and target audience.Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.Proven experience in SEO and SEM optimization.Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads).Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Curious and eager to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.What We OfferBase Salary range $100,000-$130,000 + bonus potential + equity potential.401k & Company Match.Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance.Hybrid work schedule (2 days in Parsippany, NJ office).15 PTO Days + Paid company holidays.
