Proactively answer and resolve customer questionsSchedule delivery and pick up of equipment and become a trusted partner to the drivers and delivery vendorsOptimize routing of drivers by being a DOT Regulations expertAid and support the other coordinators at the branchBe a trusted partner to the territory sales representativesManage a portfolio of customersMaximize revenue through superior customer service on all existing ordersFinalize sales for both inbound and outbound callsProvide customers with expert advice on the selection, operation and maintenance of all the various types of equipmentGenerate, process, analyze and review the daily business reportsSupport all team membersRequirements
