Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, lead generation, and territory management, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Utilize a sales CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.Experience
