At CloudTrucks, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Sales Enablement Specialist to join our founding team in the Atlanta office. This is a unique chance to contribute to a rapidly growing company and make a significant impact from the ground up. As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our Driver Onboarding Representatives (DORs) and Onboarding Specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that DORs are well-prepared to hit the ground quickly and effectively. You will achieve this by assisting with New Hire Onboarding, Continued Education, and Revenue Operations (RevOps).

Responsibilities

Content Creation and Refresh: Develop new content and update existing resources for the sales team, including Google Slides, videos, and Notion articles.SOP Development: Update and create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Driver Onboarding Representatives (DORs) to streamline processes for the Sales and Onboarding teams.Enablement Sessions: Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly enablement sessions for an audience of 30+ attendees, both in-person and virtually.Gap Analysis and Prioritization: Identify knowledge and process gaps, collaborating with leadership to determine and prioritize enablement needs.Project Management: Use project management software like Notion to track new and existing requests, ensuring efficient reporting and updates to management.Certification Assistance: Assist in the creation of quizzes and exams to certify go-to-market (GTM) teams.What We Are Looking For

This role reports into the Senior Manager of Inside Sales & Enablement. Prior experience working in a sales leadership or sales enablement role (2 years+ preferred).Must possess reliable transportation for commuting to and from work.Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease - High attention to detail & superb organizational skills.A clear and effective verbal & written communicator - you are confident when prospecting, communicating, presenting, and/or networking.You have experience with tools, like GSuite (Gmail, GCal, GDocs, GSpreadsheet) or a CRM like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.Ability to work cross-functionally across teams.Familiarity dealing with ambiguity - in fact, you thrive in it & want to make processes even better!You have expertise in deploying and utilizing LMS systems to develop curricula for new and existing employees, which directly positively impact company OKRs and overall company metrics.Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and effectively demonstrating the value of your proposals to earn their buy-in.About CloudTrucks
