Account Manager – Warehouse and Distribution/E-commerce Team

Intralox LLC has an opening in the Logistics and Material Handling business unit for an Account Manager who will be responsible for continued development and growth of our System Integrator partners in the North American Warehouse and Distribution/E-commerce Industry Segment.

Our patented Activated Roller Belt Solutions have been proven to bring value to Warehouse and Distribution Centers as well as E-commerce Fulfillment Centers by reducing overall system costs and/or adding required functionality beyond the capabilities of traditional technology. The successful candidate must possess strong skills in both technical and commercial aspects of system selling. This includes: qualification of opportunities, funnel management, account and business development as well as a good knowledge of alternative systems/solutions, their functionality and their advantages/disadvantages.

Responsibilities

Bring value to customer through interactions that tie Intralox’s best strengths and value propositions with solutions to the customer’s most critical needs.Consult with System Integrator partners on concepts and Material Handling Equipment layouts to qualify opportunities thoroughly and provide tailor-made recommendations and solutions tuned to their needs.Work with select end users to understand their needs and, when applicable, ensure Intralox solutions are specified in their layouts.Clearly articulate Intralox’s value proposition(s) for each solution offeredIdentify and initiate contact with the appropriate buying influences at System Integrators and end usersIdentify new opportunities for our solutions and work with internal resources on application developmentContinuously increase industry knowledge and effectively apply this knowledge to strategyConsistent use of sales tools to maximize selling productivityPrepare timely, accurate and concise reports on industry and customer activities and issuesWork closely with a global industry team that leverages best practices across regions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or Engineering; MBA would be a plus3+ years of successful, content based technical sales of equipment and systems or Conveyor/Material Handling Equipment experience in the Warehouse and Distribution/E-commerce industryKnowledge of Warehouse and Distribution/E-commerce conveyor OEM product portfoliosSelf-motivated, proactive, ambitious, and self-managedStrong, clear and concise communicator, presenter, and public speakerAbility to travel as needed to meet with customersAutoCAD proficiencyAbility to multi-task multiple projects; systematic, structured, disciplined to handle high quantity of projects simultaneously
