We are looking for a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth in the RI and MA markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the commercial construction industry, and a deep understanding of automatic sliding doors and door operators. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, who can identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share in the RI and MA regions.Identify and target potential clients within the commercial construction sector, including general contractors, architects, and building owners.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Present and demonstrate our products, highlighting their benefits and features to meet client needs.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the commercial construction industry.Strong knowledge of automatic sliding doors and door operators is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.Willingness to travel within the RI and MA regions as required.What We Offer
