How you'll make an impact

Our Inside Sales Specialists utilize a consultative approach to their commercial insurance knowledge and sales skills. Their primary role is to advise the customer on their risk exposure and available coverage options to best protect their livelihoods while promoting Gallagher relationships and services. We supply the leads, and we are looking for sales professionals who can provide consultative reviews and give our Small Business prospects the confidence to place their coverage with Gallagher today and in the future!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work with provided resources to achieve goals by selling valued insurance products and services to clientsBuild proven relationships with Producers, Vendors, to grow referrals and lead opportunitiesStrong performance through generating organic new business growth to achieve individual performance goalsUsing solid comprehension of insurance, present solutions to clients on products and services, so clients can achieve their goalsCross-sell other products and referring prospects to appropriate coverages based on discoveryRespond to incoming sales calls and leads – no cold callingAbility to work in a high volume lead environment while maintaining desk and system organizationCompile and organize all client information necessary to process new businessSupport new business by following up on leads in a timely manner. Inside sales specialist is responsible with quoting, binding, and issuing policies

About You

Required:High school diplomaOne or more years professional work experienceActive P&C license in good standingWork Traits:Highly motivated by an uncapped commission modelHigh volume opportunities require strong organizational skillsetAbility to learn and thrive within systemsShould possess strong written and verbal communicationExcellent written and telephone etiquette including customer service and sales skills, professionalism and tact
