The Sales Account Manager will develop and sustain key relationships with sales accounts in Mexico and Latin America, emphasizing customer interactions, account growth, and comprehensive product and market knowledge. Salary up to 110K plus lucrative commission. Comprehensive benefits package offered with the ability to work on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager Include:

Manage territory and accounts to achieve annual sales targets while fostering strong customer relationships.Develop technical expertise to meet customer needs and create innovative packaging concepts.Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the territory.Prepare quotations and conduct sales and contract negotiations.Collaborate with global teams to implement new strategies and represent the company with professionalism.Requirements of the Sales Account Manager Include:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in packaging or technical sales.Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven ability to build long-term relationships.Highly motivated, organized, and capable of driving sales growth.Willingness to travel internationally.Fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus.TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
