This role is more than just an administrative function – you’ll serve as a strategic partner influencing countywide policies and improvements that affect over 6,000 employees.What We’re Looking For:Extensive Experience:
6+ years in employee relations and union environments, with a strong track record in handling grievances, disciplinary investigations, labor-management meetings, and conducting supervisory and employee training. Adept at finding solutions aligned with policies, contract language, and legal requirements.
