San Jose, CAJob Duties: Define and drive the next generation Compliance Platform required to support growing needs of PayPal. Oversee the Compliance Platform Product Strategy and associated product roadmap, including stakeholder coordination, business requirements development and prioritization assessment. Define and build the Platform with product development and architecture and lead the evolution of our existing tools and systems, making incremental improvements along the way while developing the roadmap to reimagine those systems.Develop, monitor, and report on a suite of KPIs / KRIs for various internal forums including Executive Leadership for both financial and regulatory compliance. Identify process gaps, roadblocks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies that will negatively impact compliance platform efforts and mitigate them. Create use cases and product requirement documents to articulate desired service features and functionality to the user experience and technology teams for both tactical project delivery and long-term strategic direction of Compliance service capabilities. Gain deep understanding of customer experiences and preferences and funnel the requirements to build a scalable infrastructure. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, as a Product Manager, or a related occupation.
