We are looking for a Manager, HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team supporting the Product and Technology organizations within our Higher Education business.As a trusted partner, you will provide both strategic and tactical HR leadership, working closely with leaders to optimize talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design. You will play a key role in shaping best-in-class HR practices that drive outstanding performance, foster a positive culture, and support continuous organizational development.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Partnership:

Collaborate with leaders in Product and Technology to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive high organizational performance.Performance Management:

Lead performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Provide coaching to managers on employee development and promote a culture of high engagement and inclusivity.Employee Relations:

Act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment.Talent Management:

Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies, lead succession planning, and oversee career development programs to attract and retain top talent.HR Analytics:

Leverage HR data to inform decision-making, measure the success of HR initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.Organizational Development:

Lead organizational development initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation. Support leaders in managing change and ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts.HR Policies & Best Practices:

Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.Who You Are:The ideal candidate is a proactive, innovative, and results-oriented HR professional with a strong background in strategic HR management.
