Hiring: Senior Vice President of Product - Fully Remote
Our employer client has created a SaaS platform to help organizations manage and streamline compliance, security, and risk management.
Details:As the SVP of Product, you will be at the forefront of product strategy, driving innovation and growth in this dynamic sector. You’ll lead market analysis, product development, and collaborate across departments to enhance customer experiences and ensure product excellence. Your leadership will guide a talented product team, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize decision-making, improve customer satisfaction, and drive financial success. This role calls for an expert with a strong track record of scaling enterprise SaaS products.
About you:• 10+ years of leadership in product management: Proven experience owning the product roadmap and driving company-wide strategies.• B2B SaaS experience in technical products: Background in technical software, with a focus on selling to C-level executives, especially Chief Information Officers.• Proven expertise in scaling: Demonstrated ability to scale both products and teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Compensation:• $250k – $270k base salary• Significant equity package• Fully remote role• Unlimited PTO• $1000 home office stipend• Comprehensive benefits• Top-tier culture, consistently rated highly by employees!
