General Manager, Food Operations
to join our team in
Fremont, Michigan supporting two operations for Nestle/Gerber . Fremont is a beautiful resort area in Michigan and it is close to
Muskegon.The food service operation at this account consists of two cafes, a MicroMarket, and catering services which comprise a managed volume of over $700k per year at the two locations combined. In addition to leading the operations at this unit, the General Manager will have full responsibility for all unit financials and must have the ability to lead and develop a team of up to 8 Sodexo-paid, union frontline (hourly) employees.This position reports to the District Manager and is the most senior person in the account.
Operations are open Monday - Friday and breakfast and lunch meals are served.
