Business Development Sales Representative . This individual will sell our commercial line of business specializing in Commercial and Entry doors along with service and selling preventative maintenance programs. If you are an experienced Sales Professional who has a hunter mentality, please apply!Job Responsibilities:Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of doors and related door products and services.Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Nashville and surrounding areas.Influence customers’ decision to utilize our vast line of door products and services.Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.Take on additional assignments as needed.Job Requirements:Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience.Overhead Door experience is a plus.Must possess valid driver’s license.Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.Why DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction, and service organization offering a complete range of door and door-related products and commercial security products.
