Join our Environment and Health department as our new Air Quality Consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

We are seeking applicants with 3-5 years of air quality permitting and compliance experience

who are detail-oriented and self-motivated.Your key tasks and responsibilities may include:Preparing air quality permit applications and environmental impact reportsEstimating emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air pollution sourcesCritically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulationsPerforming statistical and geospatial analyses of air quality dataAnalyzing pollution control measuresConducting air monitoring and indoor air quality analysisConducting air quality and greenhouse gas analysesWorking as a team to contribute technical skills on complex projectsConducting computer modeling of air pollution dispersionYour starting point for constant growthB.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering or science discipline (air quality course work is a plus) with a GPA of 3.5 or higher3-5 years of air quality permitting and compliance experienceStrong computing skills including high level use of spreadsheets and word processingStrong written/verbal communication, problem-solving and organization skillsDemonstrated capabilities in understanding, interpreting, and applying environmental regulations to real-world situationsProgramming, database and GIS skills are preferred but not requiredMonitoring experience would be a plusHow to applyApply online.
