We are seeking a
Lead Business Analyst (Sales Systems)
to support the end-to-end planning and execution of high complexity system integration programs. This role requires collaboration with matrixed teams across Clarivate and the acquired entities. The Lead Solution Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic analysis to business and delivery partners while translating business needs to technical requirements.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience7+ years of relevant work experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .A strong understanding of the end-to-end Lead to Cash sales processStrong technical, analytical, and systems skillsExperience with Agile software development methodologyExperience with requirements management tools, including JIRAStrong accounting, financial and business acumenProject Management experienceWhat will you be doing in this role?Collaborate with the users to understand the current and future business environment to effectively anticipate, identify, and fully meet all business needs to ensure positive project outcomes.Work with IT and mission stakeholders to review, update, and maintain a business process roadmap of the to-be system and evaluate areas of reengineering by outlining potential to-be processes.Be the functional subject matter expert and provide necessary functional knowledge to development teams.Identifying and strategically prioritizing technical and functional requirements.Condense complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.Lead and participate in cross-functional attribute definition and mapping of data across all data domains. Assist in defining and resolving gaps in data processes, governance, and quality.About the TeamWe are a team of Enterprise Architects, Business Process Consultants, and Solution Analysts aligned to business and technology functions across the Enterprise within the technology services organization.
