EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSSAP Romania is hiring Consultants having experience in SAP implementations and willing to be deliver S/4HANA implementations.You will benefit from trainings and certifications related to S4/HANA to allow you the access to international projects employing the latest SAP innovation and technologies.
The primary tasks of this role are:Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirementsAdvise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertiseConfigure the requirements in respective solutionsPrepare functional specifications and support development teamsConduct testing, training and support data migration
WORK EXPERIENCEImplementation experience in at least one of the SAP ERP Logistics solution areas: Sales, Procurement, Production Planning (SD/MM/PP)Integration with other SAP solutions or products will be added advantageStrong experience in designing and configuring business processes in respective module
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESBachelor’s or Master’s degree – ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, EconomicsSolid knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain Management areaAdaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changeRelevant projects that demonstrate your communication, interpersonal skills and work ethicAbility to work independentlyGood presentation and communication skillsAbility and will to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting servicesIdeally experienced in working in an international environmentRomanian Business ProfessionalEnglish Business Professional (C1 or equivalent)
Nice to haveDelivery experience in agile implementation methodology (e.g. SAP Activate & SAP Solution Manager)Experience in S/4HANA implementation projectsSAP Certification in any Logistic module
