Tax Technology SolutionsWhy consider this job opportunity:Salary up to $151,600Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organizationFlexible work arrangements, including the ability to work remotelyComprehensive benefits package including mental health days, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursementInclusive culture focused on diversity and professional developmentChance to work on impactful projects that promote justice, truth, and transparencyWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage and execute implementation plans for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax products, ensuring effective project scope and resource allocationServe as a primary contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, maintaining regular communication via email, phone, and in-person meetingsConduct technical and functional roles on medium to large international projectsIdentify and develop upsell opportunities within assigned customer projectsFacilitate meetings with project sponsors to discuss project progress and recommendationsWhat is Required (Qualifications):Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect tax, including expertise in Indirect Tax Law (e.g., VAT, GST)A degree or professional qualification in Tax or Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA)Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with integrating third-party enterprise tax products (e.g., Sabrix, Taxware, Vertex)Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience in process analysis and re-engineeringHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience with scoping and managing technology implementations including work/fee estimates and solution designKnowledge of end-to-end financial processes (i.e., OTC or PTP) and systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work with clients and project teamsFamiliarity with process/software gap analysis and resolutionExperience working with management-level resources at ONESOURCE Partners (e.g., KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture)
