We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Helpdesk Technician to join our New York team. This role is crucial in supporting our innovative work environment and ensuring smooth IT operations across all our locations. It's an excellent opportunity for someone starting their IT career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced tech company.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for our office by addressing hardware, software, and network issues with guidance from senior members of the teamPerform basic network and system administration tasks under senior IT guidanceCollaborate with office managers and People Ops to address IT needsBecome adept at triaging helpdesk requests via Slack and Jira Service ManagementRespond to support requests promptly and empathetically, clearly documenting actions taken during troubleshooting and resolution.Follow our runbooks closely, alerting senior IT when something doesn't look rightProcess, clean, and set up IT equipment for new hires and existing employeesAssist with new hire onboarding and equipment handoffsUtilize, maintain and update user-facing IT documentation in our Confluence instanceQualifications:

2+ years of IT or tech-related customer supportBachelor degree preferred, or equivalent experience in IT or related fieldBasic understanding of computer systems and networksFamiliarity with Windows and Mac operating systemsMotivated by improving the experience of othersStrong sense of curiosity as to why things work, not just how they workLearning is your comfort zonePride in catching details that others missBenefits :
