SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming HVAC equipment and part supplies, picking, scanning and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving product in the warehouse. Our Warehouse Operations are bin located and the goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Associate
Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or returnLoading and unloading delivery vehiclesKeeping an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouseUpholds Environmental Health and Safety standardsScanning products to ensure products are shipped to the right destinationWorks closely with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for delivery of productsProvides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors; dealers, owners)Requirements: Warehouse Associate
High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyPC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experienceCurrent Forklift certificationQualifications: Warehouse Associate
Proven experience in warehouse operationsExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (Teambuilding) skillsProven commitment to customer service and a safe working environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle multiple tasksFull-time and Part-time positions are available.
